Rethymno has amazing beaches, many of which have been awarded with the Blue Flag (a symbol of quality and safety). Throughout the prefecture of Rethymnon, visitors can find sandy beaches, isolated docks as well as more organized areas to enjoy the crystal clear waters!

From the North Side the options include the 12km beach of Rethymnon city, Adelianos Kampos beach, Geropotamos, Petres, Panormo and Bali.

From the South Side visitors can visit beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Triopetra and the unique beach of Preveli.
